01 · Agreement
Terms of use
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of UiRIDE websites and apps for passengers and drivers (together, the “Services”), operated by Tecklogics (Pvt.) Ltd..
Open source. Free to use. Zero commission. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services. We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change when we do.
02 · Accounts
Registration and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating a passenger or driver account and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create safety risks, or appear fraudulent.
03 · Rides & fares
Booking, offers, and payments
Passengers may request private rides, pooling, or e-taxi style trips. Drivers may send or accept offers with price and ETA.
Fares shown in-app are between passenger and driver according to the offer accepted for that trip. Platform display does not guarantee arrival times.
You agree to pay amounts due for completed trips through supported payment or wallet methods where enabled.
Cancellations, no-shows, tolls, or extras may apply as shown in the app for a given trip.
04 · Drivers
UiRIDE Pro and earnings
Drivers using UiRIDE Pro may register, go online, and complete trips subject to local licensing and vehicle requirements.
UiRIDE does not take a commission from driver trip earnings under the zero-commission model described on our site. Other costs (fuel, data, taxes, local fees) remain the driver’s responsibility.
Drivers must maintain valid documents, insurance, and safe vehicle condition as required by law and onboarding checks.
05 · Website & advertising
Public site content and ads
The public website at uiride.com provides information about UiRIDE, cities, safety, and blog content. Content is owned by Tecklogics (Pvt.) Ltd. or used with permission; do not scrape or republish it without consent.
We may display third-party advertisements (including Google AdSense) on the marketing website. Ads are labeled by the ad network. We are not responsible for advertiser offers or destination sites.
You agree not to click ads fraudulently, incentivize invalid clicks, or interfere with ad serving. Invalid activity may lead to account or access restrictions.
Product apps (passenger, driver, admin) are separate properties and are typically not used for AdSense inventory.
06 · Conduct
Acceptable use and safety
Treat other users with respect. Harassment, discrimination, violence, illegal activity, or misuse of SOS/support tools is prohibited.
Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, or abuse the Services beyond lawful open-source use of published code.
Follow traffic laws and in-app safety guidance. Share trip status responsibly and only with people you trust.
Website and blog content must not be used to host prohibited material (adult, hate, illegal drugs, weapons, malware, or other content banned by advertising partners).
07 · Liability
Disclaimers and limits
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, map accuracy, or that every offer will be fulfilled.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UiRIDE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from trips between users, network outages, third-party ads, or third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer or local law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, unless mandatory local rules say otherwise.
